Our mission
PoolTasker helps pool and spa owners keep their water healthy simply, with free tools and clear guides — no connected probe costing hundreds, and no hardware subscription.
Our commitment: usefulness before sales
Our calculators and guides are free and usable without buying anything: we sell no connected hardware, no probe. When we recommend a maintenance product (tablets, salt, test strips…), it may be through a partner link that pays us a commission, at no extra cost to you — and we tell you so clearly. Our principle: give you the right information to decide for yourself, at the moment you already know what your water needs, rather than pushing a sale.
Our method
Every calculator shows the formula it uses: nothing is a "black box". Our calculations follow common maintenance rules and standard professional formulas: each dosing calculator lists, at the bottom of the page, the sources it relies on. Results are indicative: they must always be adapted to your installation and checked against your products’ instructions.
Validation
[TO COMPLETE once the review is done: "Our chemical dosing formulas are reviewed by a pool professional."] In the meantime, every page carrying a dosing recommendation shows a caution note.
